Dr. Kurt Spencer Ream is an education consultant specializing in positive behavior supports systems to enhance student engagement and school culture. He collaborates with school districts to establish leadership teams, equip educators with effective classroom management strategies, and foster positive student-teacher relationships.

With a diverse background in education, Dr. Ream has served as a middle and high school science teacher, middle school assistant principal, elementary principal, and building administrator for the Missouri schools for the severely disabled. His extensive experience in instructional leadership and student support programs has made him a key advocate for behavioral interventions and academic success.

Dr. Ream earned his Ed.D. from the University of Missouri and is the author of three books. He continues to provide valuable insights to guide educational leadership and support student behavior strategies in schools.
